Programmatūras testēšanas procesu kvalitātes novērtēšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Programmatūras testēšanas procesu kvalitātes novērtēšana” tika veikta testēšanas metožu, testēšanas procesā sagatavojamās dokumentācijas, sistēmu izstrādes un ieviešanas konkursu nolikumu un testēšanas procesu aprakstošu, starptautisku un Latvijas standartu analīze un testētāju viedokļa par testēšanas procesā izvirzītajām prasībām izpēte. Bakalaura darba ietvaros autore iepazinās ar LEAN metodoloģiju (turpmāk LEAN) darba procesa optimizācijai. Darba gaitā tika izstrādāta testēšanas procesa plūsmas sagatave un minimālais un ieteicamais dokumentu, kā arī izvērtējamo un pielietojamo testēšanas metožu kopums, balstoties uz LEAN pamatprincipiem, lai nodrošinātu maksimāli kvalitatīvu un apjomīgu sistēmas testēšanu un kvalitātes novērtēšanu.

In the report “Software testing process quality assesment” testing methods, testing documentation, tender rules of new system development and implementation, the testing process descriptive international and Latvian standards are analyzed. A research to determine the attitude of testers about requirements for the testing process from clients and internal needs of projects was done. During the creation of this report the author explored LEAN methodology that is used for process optimization. As a result of the report a testing process organization guide was prepared - a minimum set of requested documentation to be prepared, recommended testing methods to do. The creation was based on the fundamental principles of LEAN methodology, to ensure the highest quality of the testing process with minimum unnecessary steps.
