Latvijas pakalpojumu eksporta analīze un to attīstības iespējas

Abstract

Šajā bakalaura darbā aplūkota svarīga Latvijas eksporta sastāvdaļa- pakalpojumu eksports. Autors darbā ir aplūkojis pakalpojumu vispārējo skaidrojumu, ekonomisko nozīmi tautsaimniecībā un aprakstījis dažādus to izpausmes formas, kā arī ar statistisko metožu palīdzību ir analizējis pakalpojumu eksportu veidojošās nozares (transports, tūrisms, finanšu, informācijas un datorpakalpojumu, telekomunikāciju u.c.) laika posmā no 2000.gada līdz 2008.gadam. Darbā apskatīta pakalpojumu eksporta nozaru struktūra, dinamika un salīdzinājums ar citām Eiropas Savienības valstīm, kā arī attīstības problēmas un potenciāls. Šajā darbā ir gūti secinājumi par Latvijas pakalpojumu nozīmību un izmaiņām saistībā ar iestāšanos ES un starptautisko finanšu krīzi.

Darbā tiek apskatīta līdz šim plaši nepētīta eksporta šķautne, kam ir būtiska nozīme tautsaimniecības attīstībā, un varētu būt saistošs ekonomikas studentiem, pasniedzējiem, valdības un atbildīgo ministriju pārstāvjiem, kā arī jebkuram interesentam, kas interesējas par Latvijas tautsaimniecības attīstību.

The current research deals with an important part of one of the export components of Latvia – the service export. The author in the work has touched upon the general explanation of the service, the economic importance of the national economy, described the various forms of its expression; has analyzed the main dominating branches of the service of export (such as transport, tourism, finance, information and IT technologies, telecommunication etc.) applying statistical methods for the period of time from 2000 until 2008.

The paper investigates the structure and dynamical development in comparison with other European Union countries, as well as the development problems and the potential growth. The conclusion of the research states the importance of the services available in Latvia, its changes in the course of the accession in the EU and during the international financial crisis. The research deals with a not yet widely explored area of export, which forms one of the keys to the development of economics; the research could be interesting for the students of economics, scholars, representatives of ministries and government as well as to everyone who is interested in the economics of Latvia.
