Diplomdarba nosaukums ir SIA „KTB Stende” finanšu analīze. Uzņēmuma darbības rezultāti ir atkarīgi no uzņēmuma spējām gan ņemt vērā apkārtējās vides ietekmi, gan paredzēt nākotnes attīstības tendences un pieņemt lēmumus, ņemot vērā visu ieinteresēto pušu iespējamo ietekmi, tāpēc vadītājam ir aktuāli zināt sava uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un mācēt to novērtēt, tādēļ autors pētī uzņēmuma finanšu situāciju un izstrādā priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti. Uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu ekspresanalīze, kā arī horizontālā un vertikālā analīze, finanšu koeficientu analīze un bankrota diagnostikas metodes. Darba praktiskajā daļā autore apraksta uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību, uzņēmuma konkurentus un raksturo elektroenerģijas nozari un nozares statistisku. Autors veica uzņēmuma finanšu analīzi par 2007 un 2008 gadu. Analizētas finanšu stāvokļa izmaiņas šo periodu laikā, mēģināts noteikt izmaiņu cēloņus. Veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze aprēķinot likviditātes, maksātspējas, aktivitātes un peļņas rādītājus, kā arī veikta bilances un peļņas un zaudējumu aprēķina horizontālā un vertikālā analīze. Autors izteicis arī priekšlikumus finanšu situācijas uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 86 lapas, tas sastāv no 4 daļām un 6 pielikumiem. Darbā ir izmantotas 23 tabulas, 22 attēli un 63 formulas.
