Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma „Darba samaksas aprēķināšana un uzskaite”. Diplomdarba mērķis, pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām ir izanalizēt darba samaksas aprēķināšanas kartību un uzskaites nianses, iepazīt darba samaksu no grāmatvedības aspektiem, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt iespējamos risinājumus strīdīgos jautājumos. Diplomdarba uzdevumi ir: iepazīties ar darba un tās samaksas tiesisko bāzi, raksturot darba samaksas veidus, apskatīt darba samaksas aprēķināšanas kartību un norēķinu par darba samaksu uzskaiti. Diplomdarbs izstrādāts pamatojoties uz teorētisko materiālu, statistiskiem datiem, publikācijām periodiskajos izdevumos, kā arī uz Latvijas Republikas likumiem un citiem normatīvajiem dokumentiem, kas attiecas uz darba samaksu. Diplomdarbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā ir apskatīti biežāk pielietojamie normatīvie akti saistībā ar darba samaksu. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstīti darba samaksas veidi. Trešajā nodaļā ir attēlota darba samaksas un ieturējumu no tās aprēķināšana. Ceturtajā nodaļā atspoguļota darba samaksas darbnespējas lapu apmaksas kārtība, atvaļinājuma naudas aprēķins. Piektajā nodaļā ir apskatīta norēķinu par darba samaksu uzskaite grāmatvedībā. Diplomdarba apjoms ir lpp. un tas satur tabulas, attēlus un pielikumus. Darba izstrādē izmantoti informācijas avoti. The thesis of my diploma is „Wage calculation and accounting”. Key targets of diploma which are based on theoretical knowledge are to analyze wage calculation order and accounting nuances, to get to know wage from the accounting aspects, to make conclusions and present possible solutions to disputed questions. Thesis tasks are: to get acquainted with the work and it’s wage the legal basis, to characterize wage types, to examine wage calculation order and settlement of wages records. Diploma work is developed on the basis of theoretical material, statistical data, publications in periodicals, as well as on Latvian Republic laws and other regulations which relate to wage. Diploma consists from five chapters. In the first chapter of my diploma are examined the most appropriate regulations relating to wages. In the second chapter are described wage types. The third chapter shows the wage and deduction from it calculation. The fourth part reflects the pay sick list payment arrangements and holiday pay calculation. In the fifth chapter is described the settlement of the pay records of accounting. Diploma level are pages and contains tables, images and attachements.
