SIA Stahancis finanšu stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma: SIA Stahancis finanšu stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums. Diplomdarbā autore pēta finanšu analīzes teorētiskos aspektus un to pielietošanu uzņēmējdarbībā. Izprot, vai finanšu analīzes pārzināšana tiešām ir nepieciešama un saimnieciskās darbības efektivitātes ietekmējoša, un cik liela nozīme tai ir. Tiek analizēts, vai savlaicīga finanšu analīze ietekmē uzņēmuma finansiālo stabilitāti, darba efektivitāti un konkurētspēju tirgū. Darba mērķis ir uz SIA Stahancis finanšu analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības trūkumu novēršanai un tālākai attīstībai. Darbā tiek aprēķināti un analizēti uzņēmuma likviditātes, rentabilitātes, aktivitātes un finansiālas neatkarības rādītāji, ka arī tiek veikta bilances un peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķina horizontāla un vertikālā analīze. Darba beigās tiek atspoguļoti autora secinājumi par SIA Stahancis uzņēmējdarbību kopumā un izvirzīti priekšlikumi. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 58 lapas pusēm. Darba izstrādē tika izmantotas 28 tabulas, 17 attēli un 4 pielikumi.

Subject of the thesis: Financial Analysis and rate of Stahancis LLC. The author of the thesis is making a study on the theoretical aspects of the financial analysis and its application in the entrepreneurship; understanding if the financial analysis is really necessary to influence the efficiency of economic activity, and how big role it plays. The author has analyzed if the well timed financial analysis has an influence on the financial stability of a corporation, work efficiency and the competitiveness on the market. The objective of this thesis is, on the basis of the financial analysis of Stahancis, to develop the suggestions for the prevention of the activity shortcomings and suggestions for the further development of Stahancis. Liquidity, profitability, activity and financial independence indices of the enterprise have been calculated and analyzed, as well as horizontal and vertical analysis af the balance sheet and profit loss calculation has been perfomed. The final part of the thesis includes conclusion of the author drawn on overall business activity of Stahancis LLC and suggestion made. The thesis consists of 58 pages. For the research 28 tables, 17 illustrations and 4 appendices were used.
