SIA "Rendas Uplejas" finanšu analīze un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ”SIA „Rendas Uplejas” finanšu analīze un attīstības perspektīvas”. Darba pamatstruktūru veido ievads, trīs nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām, secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Darba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma SIA „Rendas Upeslejas” finanšu analīzi, konstatēt problēmas un uz to pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības pilnveidošanai. Pirmajā nodaļā darba autore aplūko finanšu analīzes literatūru, lai raksturotu analīzes aspektus. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta SIA „Rendas Uplejas” finanšu analīze, lai novērtētu uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokli un konstatētu problēmas. Trešajā nodaļā darba autore izskata uzņēmuma finanšu problēmu risinājumus un attīstības perspektīvas. Autore pētījuma gaitā nonāca pie secinājuma, ka uzņēmums ir atkarīgs no aizņemtā kapitāla, ir likviditātes problēmas un ir zemi rentabilitātes rādītāji, kas liecina par uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa pasliktināšanos. Bakalaura darbs rakstīts latviešu valodā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 62 lappusēm, 7 tabulām, 17 attēliem un 23 informācijas avotiem. Darbam ir 3 pielikumi. The topic of the Bachelor’s paper is Financial Analysis and Development Perspectives „Rendas Uplejas, Ltd.” The paper consists of introduction, three chapters and subchapters, conclusions and suggestions. The goal of the paper is to carry out the financial analysis of „Rendas Uplejas, Ltd.”, find the problems and introduce suggestions for improving the performance of the enterprise. In the first chapter of the paper, the author has looked at the literature available on the financial analysis in order to describe its aspects. In the second chapter of the paper, the analysis of “Rendas Uplejas, Ltd.” is carried out in order to evaluate the financial position of the enterprise and find the problems. In the third chapter, the author of the paper puts forward the possible solutions for the problems found and suggests development perspectives. The author has concluded that the enterprise is dependent on the loan capital; there are issues of liquidity; the enterprise has low profitability indicators, which suggests that there has been worsening in the financial situation. The Bachelor’s paper is written in Latvian. There are 62 pages, 7 tables, 17 images and 23 sources of information and 3 appendices in the Bachelor’s paper.
