SIA "SPR" finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums un maksātspējas uzlabošanas koncepcijas izstrāde

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „SIA ”SpR” finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums un maksātspējas uzlabošanas koncepcijas izstrāde”. Darba mērķis ir analizēt un novērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli, prognozēt uzņēmuma maksātnespēju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Pirmā nodaļā tiek raksturota finansiālā stāvokļa analīzes būtība, mērķi un uzdevumi. Otrā nodaļā tiek raksturots naudas plūsmas pārskats un analīzē izmantotie koeficienti. Trešā nodaļā ir analizēts uzņēmuma maksātnespējas jēdziens un būtība, bankrota prognozēšanas metodes un modeļi. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek veikts SIA „SpR” finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums, salīdzinājums ar konkurējošo uzņēmumu un izstrādāta maksātspējas koncepcija. Darba apjoms ir 72 lpp., darbs satur 26 tabulas, 2 attēlus, un 4 pielikumus. Atslēgvārdi: finanšu analīze, likviditāte, rentabilitāte, maksātnespēja, bankrots.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is “The SpR Ltd. financial state assessment and solvency improvement concept development”. The aim is to analyse and assess the financial state of the enterprise, to forecast the solvency of the company and develop financial state improvement proposal. The first part describes the essence of the company financial state analysis, the aims and objectives. The second part describes the cash flow statement and the coefficients applied for the analysis. The third part provides the analysis of insolvency concept and essence, bankruptcy prediction methods and models. The forth part presents the SpR Ltd. financial state assessment, comparison with rival company and solvency concept development. The volume of the thesis is 72 pages; it comprises 26 tables, 2 graphs and 4 appendixes. Key words: analysis of finances, liquidity, profitability, insolvency, bankrupt.
