Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats – akciju tirgus analīzes metodes un to pielietošana Baltijas vērtspapīru tirgū. Darba autors – Finanšu sektora vadības programmas students Artūrs Goļiks. Darba vadītāja – Vineta Šņepste. Izstrādātais darbs sastāv no 77 lappusēm, 40 attēliem, 7 tabulām. Darbā tiek izpētīts mūsdienās aktuāls jautājums – akciju tirgus analīzes metodes. Bakalaura darba mērķis, ir veikt Baltijas vērtspapīru tirgū kotēto akciju fundamentālo un tehnisko analīzi, nosakot no investīciju viedokļa pievilcīgākās akcijas. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai tiek izvirzīti sekojošie uzdevumi: 1.noteikt un izpētīt fundamentālās un tehniskās analīzes paņēmienus; 2.pamatojoties uz noteiktajiem kritērijiem, atlasīt no Baltijas vērtspapīru tirgus Oficiālā un Otrā akciju sarakstiem tās akcijas, kuras tiks analizētas darba praktiskajā daļā; 3.veikt izvēlēto akciju fundamentālo analīzi, uz kuras rezultātu pamata izvēlēties no investīciju viedokļa pievilcīgāko uzņēmumu; 4.veikt izvēlēto akciju tehnisko analīzi, nosakot perspektīvākās akcijas; 5.salīdzinot fundamentālās un tehniskās analīzes rezultātus, noteikt vienu uzņēmumu, kurā ir visizdevīgāk ieguldīt; 6.izstrādāt priekšlikumus katras analīzes metodes pielietošanai. Izstrādājot bakalaura darbu, autors izmantoja grāmatas, rakstus, dažādus interneta resursus, kā arī nepublicētos materiālus latviešu, angļu un krievu valodās. Bachelor thesis – share market analysis methods and their application in the Baltic Securities Market. Author of the thesis – Arthur Golik, student of the Financial Sector Management program. Head of the thesis – Vineta Snepste. Bachelor thesis contains 77 pages, 40 images, 7 tables. Research is based upon a topical question about methods of stock market analysis. The main purpose of the thesis is to carry out fundamental and technical analysis of the shares that are listed in the Baltic Securities Market, as a result of which the best shares for investment purpose would be detected. For achieving purpose of the bachelor thesis, the following tasks are put forward: 1.to identify and examine methods of fundamental and technical analysis; 2.to choose the shares from the Baltic Securities Market Official and Second share list by using certain conditions, for their further analysis in a practical part of the bachelor thesis; 3.to carry out a fundamental analysis of the selected shares the results of which would be used for choosing the best company for investments; 4.to carry out a technical analysis and define the most promising shares; 5.to define the one company which is the best object for investment, by comparing the results of fundamental and technical analysis; 6.to make proposals of using each method of analysis. Latvian, English and Russian books, publications, internet resources as well as unpublished materials were used for writing this bachelor thesis.
