Baknu darbība un tiesiskā regulējuma nepilnības Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Mūsdienās aktuāli un svarīgi ir nodrošināt vienveidīgu tiesiskā regulējuma piemērošanu un izpildi visās Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīs. Liels izaicinājums, ar kuru saskārās Eiropas Savienības institūcijas, dalībvalstis un uzraudzības iestādes, veidojot iekšējo finanšu tirgu - tiesiskā vide. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt banku darbības pamatprincipus, uzraudzības institūciju darbību un problēmas, ka arī atklāt banku sektora tiesiskā regulējuma nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus to iespējamai novēršanai. Autore secina, ka ir notikušas pozitīvās pārmaiņas Baltijas valstu banku darbības tiesiskos normatīvos aktos, un tie nemitīgi tiek uzlaboti un pietuvināti Eiropas Savienības normām. Pētījumā izmantota monogrāfiskā un teorētiskā izpētes metode. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 61 lapa, tā izstrādei ir izmantoti 67 avoti, 10 attēli un 1 tabula. Nowadays it is actual and important to ensure a uniform application and enforcement of the legal framework for of all EU Member States. Major challenge that European Union institutions, Member States and supervisory authorities faced when forming an internal financial market was the legal environment. The diploma paper main goals are to explore the basic principles of banking operations, to explore supervisory institution nature and problems, to understand banking sector failures in the legal framework and make suggestions for their possible prevention. The author concludes that there have been positive changes in the Baltic countries banking law and in legal regulation and it is constantly being refined and came nearer to European Union norms. In study there has been used a monographic method, as well as theoretical research method. Diploma paper amount - 61 pages, there have been used 67 sources, 10 figures and 1 table.
