dc.description.abstract | Fiskālā politika ietver sevī nodokļu un valsts budžeta politiku, kas ir cieši saistītas un papildina viena otru, jo nodokļi ir galvenais budžeta ieņēmumu avots. Latvijas nodokļu sistēmas analīze salīdzinājumā ar citām ES dalībvalstīm ir aktuāls jautājums, lai izvērtētu, kādas izmaiņas ir nepieciešams veikt esošajā nodokļu sistēmā, lai varētu novērst ekonomikas lejupslīdi un veicināt uzņēmējdarbības attīstību.
Maģistra darba „Latvijas nodokļu sistēma un konkurētspēja ES” mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas nodokļu politiku kā valsts politikas instrumenta dažādos aspektus, nodokļu sistēmas ietekmi uz tautsaimniecības attīstību un konkurenci ES un attīstības iespējas, sniedzot priekšlikumus Latvijas nodokļu sistēmas uzlabošanai.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Lai sniegtu vispārīgu priekšstatu par nodokļu politiku, darba pirmajā nodaļā ir apskatīti nodokļu politikas teorētiskie aspekti, analizēta valsts loma labklājības veicināšanā, atšķirīgās ES dalībvalstu nodokļu politikas un vispārēji raksturota Latvijas nodokļu politika un rīcība ekonomikas izaugsmei palēninoties. Darba otrajā nodaļā ir analizēta tiešo nodokļu nozīme un to lomas samazināšanas pozitīvā ietekme. Darba trešajā nodaļā ir izpētīta netiešo nodokļu politika un īpaši PVN būtiskā ietekme uz konkurētspēju. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Fiscal policies include tax and budget policies, which are closely linked and complement each other, because taxes are a major source of budgetary revenue. Latvia's tax system analysis compared with other EU Member States is a concern to assess what changes are necessary to make the existing tax system in order to prevent economic decline and promotebusinessdevelopment.
Master's thesis "Latvia's tax system and the competitiveness of the EU's" objective is to explore Latvia's tax policy as an instrument of public policy in various aspects of the tax system's impact on economic development and competition in the EU and by providing opportunities for the development of Latvia's tax proposals for improving the system.
The work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions and proposals. To provide an overall picture of tax policy, the first chapter deals with theoretical aspects of tax policy, analyzes the role of national prosperity, the different EU Member States' tax policies and vispērēji described Latvia's tax policy and the conduct of economic growth slowing.
Opening the second chapter analyzes the role of direct taxation and its role in the reduction of positive effects. Opening the third chapter examines the policy of indirect taxation and VAT in particular a substantial impact on competitiveness. | en_US |
