Jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bezdarbs, kam pakļauti arī jaunieši ir viena no mūsdienas lielākajām ekonomiskajām problēmām. Tā skar arī Latvijas jauniešus, tāpēc bakalaura darbam izvēlēts temats „jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmas Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot bezdarba situāciju un jauniešu nodarbinātību Latvijā, izstrādāt priekšlikumus šo problēmu risināšanai. Darbā plaši apgaismots bezdarba jēdziens, bezdarba veidi, skaidroti bezdarba cēloņi un sekas, pētīta jauniešu nodarbinātības problēma Eiropas Savienībā analizējot jauniešu bezdarbu situāciju Latvijā no 2004.-2013. gadam, izvirzīti priekšlikumi rīcībprogrammai bezdarba samazināšanai un nodarbinātības paplašināšanai.

Unemployment to which young people are also subjected, is one of the main economical problems nowadays. The issue is actual also for Latvian youth. Therefore the theme of the Bachelor’s work is „Youth unemployment problems in Latvia”. The aim of the Bachelor’s work is to find out the current situation in the unemployment sphere, young people’s employment in Latvia as well as to work out solutions which could be used to solve the problem. The unemployment term, its types, causes and effects have been widely discussed within this work. Young people’s unemployment problem in the European Union has been researched while analysing youth unemployment situation in Latvia from 2004-2013. Suggestions are worked out in order to reduce unemployment and widen employment.
