Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Darba ražīguma paaugstināšanas iespējas uzņēmumā „Kuldīga””. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, izmantojot teorētiskos materiālus, izstrādāt ieteikumus darba ražīguma paaugstināšanai uzņēmumā. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors izanalizē darba ražīgumu un tā nozīmi uzņēmējdarbības efektivitātes nodrošināšanā. Darba otrajā daļā tiek pētīti galvenie darba ražīguma ietekmējošie faktori un iespējas tos uzlabot. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek izpētīts uzņēmums un pētāmā nodaļa.. Nodaļā tiek izpētīts darba ražīguma līmenis uzņēmumā. Ceturtajā nodaļā autors izstrādā metodes darba ražīguma uzlabošanai. Darba nobeigumā autors izsaka secinājumus un priekšlikumus. The aim of the master’s paper is to increase the productivity of the company by making recommendations from studying theoretical materials. In the first chapter the author analyzes the productivity and its importance for the efficiency of the business. In the second chapter the author examines the main factors that affect productivity and how to improve it. The third chapter describes the company and the department that is to be studied. The chapter studies the labor productivity of the company. The fourth chapter deals with developing methods for improving productivity. The summary of the author is expressed in the conclusions and recommendations. The volume of the master’s paper is 80 pages. The paper contains 27 images, 2 tables, 1 formula.
