Jūlijas Bekišbajevas maģistra darba temats ir „Koncerna „Grindeks” finansiālās veselības aspekts kā uzņēmuma attīstības noteicošais faktors”. Farmācijas tirgus ir stratēģiski svarīgs ekonomikas sektors, kas nepārtraukti un intensīvi attīstās. Farmācijas rūpniecības attīstīšanās veicina sociāli ekonomiskās vides attīstību un ģenerē ievērojamu multiplikācijas efektu, jo ir saistīta ar vairākām tehnoloģiskajām nozarēm.
Maģistra darba mērķis ir kvantitatīvi izvērtēt Grindeks finanšu, bilances un tirgus rādītāju ietekmi uz koncerna attīstības tendencēm, ka arī no produktu portfeļa vadošo medikamentu konkurētspējas aspekta izpētīt iespējamo uzņēmējdarbības stratēģiju pielietojumu. Darba autore secina, ka ar mērķi veicināt attīstību uz debitoru parādu rēķina, koncerns vadās pēc peļņas gūšanas stratēģijas, izmantojot cenu paaugstināšanas politiku kā finanšu instrumentu neto apgrozījuma palielināšanai un rentabilitātes rādītāju uzlabošanai.

The theme of the present master paper by Jūlija Bekišbajeva is “The Financial Soundness of Grindeks Consortium as a Determinant Factor of the Enterprise Development”. The pharmaceutical market, being a strategically important economic sector, is continuously and intensively developing. The enhancement of the pharmaceutical industry advances the development of the socioeconomic environment as well as generates a substantial multiplier effect since it is connected with a number of technology sectors.
The goal of the master paper is to quantitatively evaluate the influence of the financial, balance sheet and market indicators of the consortium on its development tendencies and, subsequently, according to the product portfolio of leading medicines competitive aspect evaluate the probable business strategies. The author of the paper comes to the conclusion that, with the purpose of facilitating the development, at the expense of accounts receivable, the consortium relies solely on the profit-making strategy, using price increase to enhance the net turnover and improve the profitability ratio.
