"Private Banking" un tā attīstības perspektīvas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz Latvijas komercbanku darbības analīzi, identificēt „Private Banking” apkalpošanas sistēmas būtību, īpatnības un problēmas, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek veikta analīze „Private Banking” teorētiskajos aspektos. Apakšnodaļās tiek analizēta vēstures attīstība, jēdziena skaidrojums, biznesa modeļa būtība un „Private Banking” apkalpošanas īpatnības un pakalpojumi. Otrajā nodaļā autors pēta par „Private Banking” biznesa modeli veiktajiem pētījumiem. Tiek noskaidrotas lielākas bankas pasaulē un Latvijā, kas ir labākas šajā bankas nozarē, kā arī tiek analizēti četru Latvijas banku (ABLV Bank, As, AS „Rietumu Bankas”, Baltic International Bank, AS un M2M Bank, AS) darbības rādītāji, kas vairāk atspoguļo „Private Banking” tendences. Trešajā nodaļā tiek vērtētas „Private Banking” virziena problēmas un attīstības tendences, lai noteiktu iespējamos attīstības virzienus un izdarītu priekšlikumus „Private Banking” turpmākai attīstībai. Darbs varētu būt interesants ikvienam, kam interesē „Private Banking” banku biznesa modelis.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is „Private Banking” and its development prospect in Latvia and the goal is based on the Latvian commercial banks activity analysis to identify the "Private Banking" service system nature of the characteristics and problems as well as to develop proposals for its improvement. Bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. In first chapter to be carried out the analysis of "Private Banking" theoretical aspects. Subsections discuss the historical development of the concept of an explanation of the nature of the business model and "Private Banking" service specific features and services. The second chapter explores the author of "Private Banking" business model studies. The author finds out the biggest banks in the world and in Latvia which is better in this banking sector, as well as analyzes of four Latvian banks ABLV Bank, As, AS „Rietumu Bankas”, Baltic International Bank, AS un M2M Bank, AS) activity indicators that reflect more "Private Banking" trends. The third chapter is evaluated "Private Banking" directional issues and trends in order to identify possible directions of development and to make proposals "Private Banking” to the subsequent developmentю This thesis could be interesting for anyone who is interested in "Private Banking" banking business model.
