Projekts Veselības un sporta centra "SANTE" izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt projektu: Veselības un sporta centra “SANTE” (turpmāk – Centrs) izveidošana. Lai novērtētu projekta ideju ir veikta tirgus analīze un sastādīti finanšu plāni turpmākiem 5 gadiem. Projekta mērķis ir izveidot Veselības un sporta centru “SANTE”, kurš sniegs rehabilitācijas, vingrošanas un ārstnieciskās skaistumkopšanas pakalpojumus. Rīgas iedzīvotāji Centrā varēs uzlabot savu fizisko labsajūtu. Projekta ilgtspēja ir pamatota ar statistisko datu analīzi projekta 3. nodaļā. Ir apskatītas veselības nozares tendences pēdējo 3 gadu laikā un secināts, ka valstiskā līmenī vērojama nozares lejupslīde, savukārt šī tendence ļauj attīstīt uzņēmējdarbību veselības nozarē. Lai precīzāk noteiktu iespējamo klientu plūsmu ir veikta tirgus izpēte un noteikti galvenie uzņēmuma konkurenti, izpētīti viņu sniegtie pakalpojumi un cenas. Projekta izstrādes galvenais uzdevums bija izveidot finanšu prognozi turpmākiem 5 gadiem lai pārliecinātos, ka šāds uzņēmums spēs reāli pastāvēt. Pēc veiktās nozares izpētes, konkurentu analīzes, projekta finanšu plāna sastādīšanas, risku identificēšanas ir apstiprinājies, ka uzņēmums spēs veiksmīgi darboties.

The aim of the dissertation is developing a project: creation a health and fitness center SANTE (referred as “Center” below). To evaluate the idea of the project, a thorough market analysis was done as well as a financial plan for the next five years. The aim of the project is to establish a Health and Fitness center SANTE, where rehabilitation, medical beauty treatments and exercising classes will be provided. The citizens of Riga will be welcome to improve their health and physical wellbeing at the Center. The project’s sustainability is proven by the statistical data analysis in the third chapter. It looks at the tendencies of the healthcare system in the last three years and a conclusion was made that the decrease in the field has taken place in a state level. However, this tendency allows to develop the healthcare enterprises. To define the potential flow of clients as precisely as possible, a market research has been done as well as main business competitors were researched and information about their provided services and price lists was gathered. The main task for the project was to create a financial prognosis for the next five years to ensure that an establishment like SANTE can operate in real life. After the field research, competition analysis, financial plan establishment and risk identification it is concluded that the company will be able to operate succesfully.
