Projekts Kafejnīcas "Jurtas" izveidošana

Abstract

Galvenais darba mērķis ir izstrādāt pelnītspējīgu un rentablu projektu ēdināšanas uzņēmuma izveidošanai. Uzņēmuma nosaukums ir SIA “Jurtas” un tas tiks dibināts 2008.gada vidū. Uzņēmuma darbība, galvenokārt, būs saistīta ar ēdināšanu. Tomēr tas būs ne tikai ēdināšanas uzņēmums, bet tam būs arī izklaides funkcija. SIA „Jurtas” tiks dibināts ar domu izveidot jauku vietiņu aktīviem cilvēkiem, topošiem un jau pieredzējušiem dejotājiem, kuri dejo sava prieka pēc un kuri grib realizēt savas zināšanas. Maģistrā darba tiek sniegta kopēja informācija par uzņēmumu, vadību, veikts nozares raksturojums, ir sastādīti marketinga un projekta īstenošanas plāni, kā arī izstrādāts finanšu plāns ar vairākām kreditēšanas iespējām.

Overall objective of work is development profitable and capable to make a profit the project for creation of a public catering enterprise. The name of the enterprise is Open Company "Jurtas " and it will be based in the middle of 2008. Activity of the enterprise basically is connected with a feed. But it will be not only catering enterprise, it will have still an entertaining function. But the cafe will be not only a public catering enterprise, but it will have also an entertaining function. Open Company " Jurtas " will be created with idea to create a pleasant place for active people, future and already skilled dancers who dance just for the hell of it and wish to realize the knowledge. In this work there will be a general information of the enterprise, management, the characteristic of branch is made, the marketing plan and the plan of realization of the project are made, and also the financial plan with several opportunities of crediting is developed.
