Lēmumu koka informatīvā analīze

Abstract

Maģistra darbā apskatīta šobrīd starptautiskajā literatūrā lietotā lēmuma koka analīzes tradicionālā pieeja, norādot uz tās nepilnībām un iespējām to uzlabot. Darbā tiks piedāvāta jauna padziļinātā lēmuma koka informatīvās analīzes pieeja, kāda līdz šim vispārīgā menedžmenta literatūrā nav apskatīta, un veikta šīs metodes aprobācija ar liela apjoma lēmumu koka palīdzību. Maģistra darbā īpaša vērība veltīta riska analīzei monokritērija lēmuma kokā, kā arī dažāda laika ieguvumu novērtēšanai Pareto efektīvu lēmuma koka apakšzaru identifikācijai. Balstoties uz maģistra darbā iztirzāto teorētisko bāzi, sasniegtajiem rezultātiem, kā arī sniegtajiem secinājumiem un izteiktajiem priekšlikumiem, dažādu nozaru menedžeri varēs sagatavot kvalitatīvāku lēmuma pieņemšanas informatīvo nodrošinājumu.

This paper is elaborated to observe the approach of decision tree analysis used in international literature specifying its disadvantages and possibilities to improve it. In this paper will be proposed a new approach to deeper informative analysis of decision tree, that hasn’t been described in general management literature, and there will be made an approbation of this approach using large volume decision tree. Particular attention is paid to analysis of risk in monocriterial decision tree and evaluation of gain in different time to identify Pareto effective decision tree sub-branches. It is possible to build a better understanding of more qualitative decision making informative analysis based on the theoretical background, achieved results, declared conclusions and suggestions involved in this paper.
