Nogāžu attīstība leduslaikmeta beigu posmā un pēcleduslaikmetā Gaujas senielejā no Siguldas līdz Līgatnei

Abstract

Maģistra darbā pētīta Gaujas senielejas posma Sigulda - Līgatne nogāžu attīstība leduslaikmeta beigu posmā un pēcleduslaikmetā, galvenokārt fokusējoties uz noslīdeņu un gravu procesiem. Darbā izklāstīti līdzšinējie pētījumi par nogāžu procesiem, Gaujas senielejas uzbūvi un attīstību, aprakstīti izmantotie materiāli un metodes. Noslēgumā aplūkotas darba gaitā iegūtās atziņas, kas ir apkopotas secinājumos. Maģistra darba lauka pētījumos Gaujas senielejas posmā kartēti noslīdeņi un gravas. Izstrādāta metode nogāžu procesus izraisošo faktoru aprēķināšanai. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem faktoriem, veikts noslīdeņu un gravu izplatības zonējums. Pamatojoties uz rezultātiem, izstrādāts iespējamais Gaujas senielejas posma erozijas tīkla attīstības scenārijs, kurš skaidro erozijas tīkla veidošanās hronoloģiju un apstākļus. Master's thesis discusses slope development of the River Gauja valley between towns Sigulda and Līgatne during the Late-glacial and Holocene time. Two of the slope processes: landslides and gullies were studied. This thesis starts with the overview of previous studies on the slope processes and methods applied as well as morphology and development of the River Gauja valley. Most important results are discussed and summarized in conclusions. During the field studies landslides and gullies were mapped. A novel approach was developed to calculate landslide and gully related factors. Calculated factors were applied to map susceptibility index of landslides and gullies. According to the results, some aspects of the River Gauja erosion network development were reconstructed, including possible chronology and conditions of the erosion network development.
