Kuģu satiksmes radītā gaisa piesārņojuma novērtējums Rīgas Brīvostas akvatorijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un novērtēt Rīgas brīvostas akvatorijā ienākošo kuģu radīto gaisa piesārņojumu. Darbā tiek analizēti kuģi kā viens no galvenajiem gaisa piesārņojuma avotiem Rīgas brīvostas akvatorijā. Darba ietvaros tiek novērtēta to ietekme uz gaisa kvalitāti un pētīti dažādi normatīvi, kas attiecas uz gaisa piesārņojumu, analizēti faktori, kas veicina atmosfēras piesārņojuma rašanos un izkliedi saistībā ar kuģu satiksmi. Šobrīd kuģu satiksmes radītajam piesārņojumam tiek pievērsta pastiprināta uzmanība, tiek izstrādātas dažādas metodes tā novērtējumam un rekomendācijas situācijas uzlabojumiem, galvenokārt pievēršoties kuģu radītajām emisijām lokālā mērogā, ar cerību ietekmēt kuģniecības nozari kopumā, tāpēc arī šajā darbā tiek sniegts novērtējums kuģu radītajām gaisa emisijām Rīgas brīvostas akvatorijas robežās. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current situation of the ship emitted air pollution in the aquatory of the Freeport of Riga. Here ships are described as one of the main air polluters in the aquatory of Freeport of Riga. The author has evaluated their influence on air quality, discussed legislations concerning air pollution, and researched the main factors and causes of the formation of air pollution and its dispersion in the air. Recently a lot of attention has been drawn to the ship air emissions, there are several methods being researched for calculating the amount of emitted air pollutants. Different recommendations have been put on discussion for improving the situation, mainly focusing on the local level in order to influence the global shipping industry. This is why this study also focuses on the ship emission inventory in a certain local territory – the Freeport of Riga.
