Maģistra darbā sasniegts mērķis novērtēt mājsaimniecību sektorā patērēto energoresursu radītā gaisa piesārņojuma strukturālo un telpisko izplatību Cēsu un Saldus pilsētās
Pētījumā tika secināts, ka emisiju struktūra Saldus un Cēsu pētāmajās teritorijās ir līdzīga, bet emisiju telpiskā izplatība nav viennozīmīga, jo to ietekmē reģionālie, meteoroloģiskie un citi faktori.
Darbs ietver: 91 lapaspusi, 59 attēlus, 2 tabulas, 3 pielikumus.

| dc.description.abstract | Sīle, I. “Structural and spatial assessment of air pollution generated by residential energy sector: case study of Cēsis and Saldus”. Master thesis. Rīga, University of Latvia, Faculty of Geography and Earth Sciences – 2014.
The aim of the Master thesis to evaluate structural and spatial distribution of air pollution caused from energy consumption in households in Cēsis and Saldus cities has been reached.
The study concluded that the emission structure of Saldus and Cēsis research area is similar, but the spatial distribution of the emissions is ambiguous due to existance of many regional, meteorological and other factors.
Master thesis includes: 91 pages, 59 figures, 2 tables, 3 attachments.
