Darba vides risku ietekme uz aptiekas darbinieku darbaspējām un preventīvie pasākumi šo risku novērtēšanā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir pētīti darba vides riski farmaceitiem un to ietekme uz aptiekas darbinieku darbaspējām. Farmaceiti ikdienas darbā ir pakļauti fiziskām slodzēm, psihoemocionālai spriedzei, nelabvēlīgam mikroklimatam, troksnim un tml. Būtiski bija pētīt šo risku ietekmi uz farmaceitu darbspējām. Darba autore LU farmācijas maģistratūra studiju programmas studente Jolanta Žengele. Darba vadītāja LU docente, Dr. med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izpildīts uz 73 lapām, darbā ir 28 attēli, 12 tabulas, 2 pielikumi. Darbā izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti, kas saistīti ar pētāmo tēmu. Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā veikta literatūras analīze par pētāmo tēmu, otrajā daļā – aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, trešajā – iegūto rezultātu analīze. Iegūtie rezultāti apliecina, ka farmaceitu ietekmē darba vides riski, sevišķi – ergonomiskie un psihoemocionālie. Izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi. The purpose of this work is to analyse the working environment risks for pharmacists and their impact on pharmacists work capacity. Pharmacists in their daily work are exposed to physical activities, psycho emotional stress, unfavorable microclimate, noise. It was essential to study this risk effect on pharmacists work capacity. The author is students of LU Pharmacy Master Studies Jolanta Zengele. University assistant professor and supervisor, Dr. med. Zenija Roja. Work completed on 73 pages, in the work is 28 images 12 tables, 2 appendices. There are used 22 literature sources related to the topic under study. Work consists of three parts. In the first part of the literature conducted an analysis of the researched topic, in the second part - the study describes the used methods and in the third - the results of the analysis. Results of the investigation show that work environment risks impact pharmacists, exp. ergonomics and psychoemotional risks. Conclusions are drawn and developed preventive measures.
