Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija padziļināti izpētīt DT protokolu tehniskos parametrus un noskaidrot kādus protokolus izvēlas un pielieto radiogrāfijas speciālisti, veicot plaušu un videnes izmeklējumus. Darbā tika aplūkota un analizēta datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma tehnika. Veicot pētniecības darbu, apkopota un analizēta literatūra par plaušu un videnes datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumiem pie biežāk sastopamajām patoloģijām, kā arī padziļināti izvērtēti kvalitatīvu attēlu veidojošie parametri. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika izstrādātas un apkopotas anketas radiogrāfijas speciālistiem, kuri veic darbu ar datortomogrāfijas iekārtām, kā arī ārstiem-radiologiem. Šāds pētījums ir svarīgs, jo paaugstinoties profesionālās kompetences līmenim, daudzās iestādēs radiogrāfijas speciālisti izmeklējumus veic patstāvīgi, un radiologu pieaicina tikai neskaidrību gadījumā. Apkopotā informācija dod iespēju: 1)Uzzināt kādus datortomogrāfijas protokolus izvēlas un pielieto radiogrāfijas speciālisti pie biežāk sastopamajām plaušu un videnes patoloģijām dažādās medicīnas iestādēs, 2)Izvērtēt un noskaidrot radiogrāfijas speciālistu un ārstu- radiologu viedokli par nepieciešamību pēc standartizētiem protokoliem atbilstoši nosūtīšanas diagnozei. Darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, sastāv no 46 lappusēm, 2 tabulām, 23 attēliem, 2 pielikumiem.

The aim of the Diploma Paper is to thoroughly explore technical specifications of CT protocols and to find out what protocols are selected and applied by radiographers, during lung and mediastinum scans. CT examination techniques are discussed and analyzed in the Diploma Paper. During the research, the literature on the lung and mediastinum CT examinations at the most frequent pathologies has been summarized, and the in-depth evaluation of high-quality image forming characteristics has been done. For radiographers who work with CT equipment when making lung and mediastinum scans, forms are being developed and incorporated within the Diploma Paper. This study is very important for those health care institutions which cannot provide radiologist services all day long and radiographers have to independently decide how to carry out examinations. The information gathered enables you to know: 1)which CT protocols radiographers choose and apply at the most frequent lung and mediastinum pathologies in different medical institutions, 2) to assess and to clarify radiographer’s opinions on the need for uniform protocol standards according to predictable pathology. Thesis is written in Latvian and consists of 46 pages, 2 tables, 23 figures, 2 supplements.
