Klīniskās laboratorijas preanalītiskās fāzes nodrošināšana bērnu aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Klīniskās laboratorijas preanalītiskās fāzes nodrošināšana bērnu aprūpē” mērķis ir izpētīt un identificēt vājas vietas preanalītiskā etapā, lai samazinātu kopējā izmeklēšanas procesa kļūdas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus medicīnas laboratorijas preanalītiskā posmā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās literatūras analīzes un pētījuma ar mērķi noskaidrot medicīnas māsu zināšanas par darbībām, kuras tiek veiktas bērniem preanalītiskajā fāzē. Pētījuma gaitā apstiprinājās hipotēze, ka nekorekti savākti medicīnas laboratorijas izmeklējuma paraugi ietekmē izmeklējumu kvalitāti un pacienta veselības aprūpi un ka medicīnas māsām ir nepietiekamas zināšanas analīžu paraugu noņemšanā, tomēr māsas ir ieinteresētas un gatavas atsevišķu laboratorijas procesu uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 36 lpp. Tas satur 17 tabulas, 20 attēlus, 5 pielikumus un 43 literatūras avotus. The aim of bachelor research “Provision of preanalytical phase of clinical laboratory in the sphere of child care ” is to explore and identify the weak areas in preanalytical phase for lessen common errors in the processes of investigation and working out of proposal in preanalytical phase in laboratory medicine. The bachelor work consists of the analysis of theoretical literature and research. The aim of this research is to ascertain the knowledge’s of nurses about actions of child procedures in preanalytic phase. The hypothesis of research is asserted. The incorrect collect exemplary of laboratory research to have influence to quality of laboratory research. The part of nurse’s is interested in improvement of separate of laboratory processes. Bachelor work consists of 36 pages. It contains 17 tables, 20 pictures, 5 appendixes and 43 sources of literature.
