Bronhiālās astmas medikamentu aprite "Aptieku alianses" un "Euroaptieku" tīkla aptiekā

Abstract

Bronhiālā astma ir viena no izplatītākajām hroniskām iekaisīgām slimībām visā pasaulē, no kuras cieš gan bērni, gan pieaugušie. Turklāt ir paredzams, ka saslimstība ar astmu nākotnē tikai pieaugs. Tomēr, neskatoties uz šīm prognozēm, astma tiek uzskatīta par ārstējamu slimību un pašlaik ir pieejams plašs medikamentu klāsts slimības terapijai un saasinājumu atvieglošanai. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi – veikt kompensējamo astmas ārstēšanas medikamentu aprites izpēti Euroaptiekā nr.29 un Aptieku Alianses „Helēnas aptiekā”. Pētījuma metode – kvantitatīva metode; pētījuma priekšmets – īpašā recepte. Pētījums tika veikts Euroaptiekā nr.29 (Rīgā, Pļavniekos) un „Helēnas aptiekā” (Aknīstē). Pētījuma rezultātā, apkopojot abās aptiekās iegūtos datus, tika secināts, ka vispopulārākais medikaments ir Ventolin 100mcg inhalators N200 un visbiežāk novērotā diagnoze ir „Pārsvarā alerģiskā astma” ar diagnozes kodu J45.0. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – literatūras apskata un pētnieciskās daļas –, sešām nodaļām, četrpadsmit apakšnodaļām un trīs pielikumiem. Darbā iekļauti astoņpadsmit attēli un trīs tabulas.

Bronchial asthma is one of the most widespread chronic inflammatory disease around the world, from who suffer both – children and adults. In addition, it is expected that the incidence of asthma in the future will only grow. However, despite this prediction, asthma is considered as treatable disease and now is available a wide range of medications and treatment to relief disease flare. Bachelor’s thesis goal is to accomplish research of turnover of reimbursable asthma treatment medications in pharmacy Euroaptieka no.29 and pharmacy net Aptieku Alianse “Pharmacy of Helena”. Method of the research is quantitative method; tool of research - medical prescriptions. Research was held in Euroaptieka no.29 (Riga, Plavnieki) and “Pharmacy of Helena” (Akniste). As the result of research, obtaining data from both pharmacies, it is concluded that the most popular medication is Ventolin 100mcg inhalators N200 and the most observed diagnose is „Mostly alergic asthma” with code of diagnose J45.0. Work consists of two parts – review of literature and a part of the research, six chapters, fourteen subchapters and three appendixes. Work contains eighteen images and three tablets.
