| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba „Jauniešu veselības resursi Rīgā un Rīgas rajonā” mērķis – noskaidrot veselībai draudzīgu pakalpojumu resursus Rīgā un Rīgas rajonā un noteikt ar veselību saistītās tēmas, kuras ir visaktuālākās jauniešu vidū. Darba gaitā tika noskaidrots jauniešu viedoklis un intereses par veselības uzturēšanas un veicināšanas pasākumiem un pieejamajiem resursiem un veselībai draudzīgajiem pakalpojumiem. Izmantojot anketas, tika aptaujāti 128 respondenti Rīgā un Rīgas rajonā vecumā no 15 līdz 19 gadiem. Darba ietvaros ir veikta literatūras analīze par veselīgu dzīvesveidu un veselībai draudzīgu pakalpojumu saņemšanas iespējām Rīgā un Rīgas rajonā. Izvirzītā hipotēze – jauniešu veselības resursi Rīgā un Rīgas rajonā ir nepietiekami un jauniešu interesēm neatbilstoši – pētījuma gaitā apstiprinājās. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The goal of the bachelor work “Youth Health Resources in Riga and Riga Region” is to clarify health friendly services in Riga and it`s region and to determine themes connected with health issues most topical among young people. Within the working process the opinions of the young people about the health maintenance, promotional measures and the resources available as well as the availability of health friendly services has been clarified. The survey of 128 respondents (age 15 - 19) was made by the questionary. The essey contains the analyses of literature covering a healthy lifestyle and availability of health friendly services, too. Hypothesis drawn and testified by research: health resources for young people in Riga and Riga region are insufficient and improper for their interests and needs. | en_US |
