Ietekmējošie faktori, veicot datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumus vēdera dobuma orgāniem ar kontrastvielu

Abstract

Strādājot datortomogrāfijas kabinetā, vieni no biežāk veiktajiem izmeklējumiem ir DT vēdera dobuma orgāniem. Galvenais uzdevums – iegūt kvalitatīvu, izvērtējamu attēlu, lai tas izdotos, jābūt atbilstošām zināšanām par protokolu pielietojumu. Bakalaura darbā tiek apskatīti datortomogrāfijas izmeklēšanas principi, sīkāk atainojot tieši vēdera dobuma izmeklējumus un to norisi. Izmeklējumi pārsvarā tiek veikti ar kontrastvielas ievadīšanu, un kontrastvielas ievadīšanas ātrums, daudzums un kavējums tiek izvēlēts atbilstoši izmeklējuma mērķim. Izmeklējumu laikā nākas saskarties ar dažādām niansēm, tāpēc sīkāk vēlējos izpētīt faktorus, kas ietekmē vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumus ar kontrastvielu. Izmantoju kvantitatīvo pētījuma metodi. Pētījuma instruments – vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu protokolu datu, parametru apkopošana un analizēšana. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek identificēti faktori, kas ietekmē vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumus ar kontrastvielu. Tiek apkopoti dati un izdarīti secinājumi.

Working in a CT cabinet, one of the most frequently performed tests of CT for abdominal organs. The main objective is to obtain a qualitative, appraisable picture, to be successful, must have adequate knowledge of the protocol application. The bachelor’s paper deals with principles of computer tomography, outlining more precisely exactly the examination of abdominal cavity and its procedure. Examinations are carried out mainly with the administration of contrast media and contrast media injection rates, the amount and the delay is chosen according to objective examination. One have to encounter various nuances during examination, therefore, I wanted to examine more thoroughly the factors which influence computer tomography examinations of abdominal cavity with contrast agent. I used the quantitative research method. The research instrument was collecting, generalization and analysis of data, parameters from records of computer tomography examinations of abdominal cavity. Result of the study identifies the factors which influence computer tomography examinations of abdominal cavity with contrast agent. The data are collected and made conclusions.
