Bakalaura darba „Ģimenes līdzestība pārtikas alerģijas profilaksē bērniem pirmsskolas vecumā” mērķis ir noskaidrot vecāku līdzdalību pārtikas alerģijas mazināšanā vai pilnīgā tās novēršanā.
Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, teorētiskajā daļā tika meklēta kopsakarība Nolas Penderes māszinību teorijai ar pārtikas alerģijas novēršanu un profilaksi. Tika pētīta literatūra par pārtikas alerģiju- etioloģiju, patoģenēzi, simptomiem, riska faktoriem un profilaksi.
Praktiskajā daļā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētīšanas metode. Mērķa sasniegšanai, aptaujā tika iesaistīti 100 respondenti. Rezultāti tika apkopoti un atspoguļoti diagrammās, kā arī tika veikta šo rezultātu analīze. Pēc iegūtās informācijas izanalizēšanas tika secināts, ka vecāki daļēji aktīvi līdzdarbojas pārtikas alerģijas novēršanā bērniem pirmsskolas vecumā.
Darba apjoms ir 65 lappuses. Darbā ievietoti 27 attēli un 4 tabulas. Pētījumā izmantoti 42 literatūras avoti latviešu un angļu valodā.
Atslēgas vārdi: pārtikas alerģija, profilakse, vecāki, bērns. The aim of the Bachelor’s paper „Family’s Cooperation Prophylaxis off Food Allergia Among Children of pre Chool Age” is to determine involvement of parents in reduction or complete cure of food allergies.
To reach this aim, the first part of the paper searches for the links between nursing theory by Nola Pender and food allergy reduction and prophylactics. The author studied literature on food allergy, aetiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, risk factors and prophylactics of allergies.
The practical part of the paper uses quantitative research method. One hundred people answered a particularly developed questionnaire. The results were summarized and displayed in diagrams. In addition, an analysis of these results was performed. After thorough analysis of the information, it was determined that parents are actively participating to reduce allergies in pre-school children.
The paper consists of 65 pages, it includes 27 pictures and 4 tables; 42 sources of literature were used in English and Latvian languages.
