Māsu adaptāciju ietekmējošie faktori uzsākot darbu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Šajā bakalaura darbā tika prezentēti pētījuma rezultāti, kas atklāj intensīvās terapijas māsu profesionālās adaptācijas procesa tendences. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot māsu adaptāciju ietekmējošus faktorus, uzsākot darbu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētījuma gaitā tika aktualizēti iepriekš publicētie materiāli par darbinieku adaptāciju profesionālajā vidē, kā arī analizēti māsu viedokļi un individuālā pieredze profesionālās adaptācijas procesā. Pētījumā piedalījās 10 intensīvās terapijas nodaļas māsas, kas sākušas strādāt ne agrāk kā pirms diviem gadiem. Pētījuma rezultātā tika iegūtas atbildes uz jautājumu: kādi faktori ietekmē māsu adaptāciju, uzsākot darbu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, kā arī formulēti priekšlikumi situācijas uzlabošanai.

Bakalaura darbs satur 48 lappuses, 9 pielikumus, tika izmantoti 32 informācijas avoti.

The results of Research, which reveal the tendencies of the intensive care nurses' professional adaptation process, were presented in this Bachelor Paper. The aim of the Research was to find out the influencing factors of nurses' adaptation beginning the work in the intensive care unit. During the research the previously published materials about the employees' adaptation in the environment were made topical, as well as analysed the nurses' opinions and individual experience in the professional adaptation process. 10 intensive care unit nurses who have begun working no more than two years ago took part in the Research. As a result, the answers to the question: what factors influence the nurses adaptation, beginning the work in the intensive care unit, were acquired as well proposals for situational improvement.
