Vides novērtēšanas metodes sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm

Abstract

Autores Ingas Paroles diplomdarbs „Vides novērtēšanas metodes sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm” tika izstrādāts pamatojoties uz nepieciešamību aktualizēt vides novērtēšanas metožu efektīvāku izmantošanu sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm. Vides novērtēšanas metožu profesionālai izmantošanai ir liela nozīme ģimenes problēmu un atbalsta sistēmu izzināšanā un efektīvas iejaukšanās plānošanā, jo precīzs vides novērtējums ir izšķirošs iejaukšanās vai izmaiņu procesa efektivitātes ietekmētājs, tādēļ autores izvirzītais Pētījuma mērķis ir: pētīt sociālo darbinieku izmantotās metodes vides novērtēšanā darbā ar ģimenēm un izstrādāt ieteikumus vides novērtēšanas metožu efektīvākai izmantošanai sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā un otrajā nodaļās tika veikta darba teorētiskās puses izpēte, kas pamatojās uz literatūru par vides ietekmi uz ģimeni, novērtēšanu kā sociālā gadījuma risināšanas fāzi, kā arī vides novērtēšanas metodēm. Trešajā nodaļā tika veikts empīriskais pētījums, ar kura palīdzību tika noskaidrots kādas vides novērtēšanas metodes sociālie darbinieki izmanto sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm. Ceturtajā nodaļā praktiski ieteikumi sociālajiem darbiniekiem efektīvākai vides novērtēšanas metožu izmantošanai darbā ar ģimenēm. Darba nobeigumā ir secinājumi, rezultāti un diskusija. Darba rezultātā gūtie secinājumi un atziņas palīdzēja realizēt izvirzītos uzdevumus un sasniegt pētījuma mērķi.

The diploma paper of Inga Parole “ Environmental assessment methods in social work with families” was worked out based on the necessity to activate and make the environmental assessment methods more effective in social work with families. The use of environmental assessment methods has great importance in finding out the family problems and support systems and in planning of effective interference because precise assessment is crucial in affecting the interference or change process therefore the aim of the research is: to study the environmental assessment methods used by social workers in work with families and work out recommendations for more effective application of environmental assessment methods in this work. The diploma paper consists of 4 chapters. In the first and second chapters the theoretical research was done which is based on literature about the impact of environment on the family, assessment as stage of solving social cases, as well as environmental assessment methods. The third chapter deals with empiric research where methods used by social workers in social work with families have been found out. The fourth chapter contains practical recommendations for social workers in applying environmental assessment methods in social work with families. At the end of the paper there are conclusions, results and a discussion. The conclusions gained in course of work helped to carry out the set targets and achieve the aim of the research.
