Publiskās sfēras koncepts Hannas Ārentes politiskajā domā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Publiskās sfēras koncepts Hannās Ārentes politiskajā domā” mērķis ir: izpētīt publiskās sfēras koncepta īpatnības un atklāt Ārentes domas nozīmīgumu mūsdienu kontekstā, raksturojot atsevišķu Ārentes attīstīto konceptu savienojamību ar cilvēka tiešas līdzdalības iespējām reprezentatīvā demokrātijā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, darbā izvirzīta tēze: cilvēka tieša līdzdalība publiskajā sfērā ir savienojama ar reprezentatīvu demokrātiju. Tēze darba gaitā apstiprinājās, jo autore secina, ka: 1.politiska rīcība Ārentes izpratnē ir savienojama ar pārstāvniecības ideju; 2.reprezentatīva spriestspēja ir iespējama reprezentatīvā demokrātijā, kamēr tajā tiek aizsargāta publiskā sfēra un netiek manipulēts cilvēku spriestspējas pamats – fakti.

The purpose of the bachelor paper „The concept of the public sphere in the political thought of Hannah Arendt” is to explore the characteristics of the concept of public sphere and to show the significance of Arendt’s thought by characterizing compatibility of several of Arendt’s ideas with the possibilities of direct participation in representative democracy. Thesis of the paper is: direct participation in the public sphere is compatible with representative democracy, which was proved to be correct because: 1.the arendtian notion of political action is compatible with the idea of representation; 2.representative judgment is possible in representative democracy as long as the public sphere is protected and facts (that inform representative opinion) are guarded from manipulation.
