Sociālais darbs ar ģimeni kā sistēmu: ģimenes terapijas metode

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Sociālais darbs ar ģimeni kā sistēmu: ģimenes terapijas metode”. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt sociālo darbu ar ģimeni kā sistēmu un ģimenes terapiju kā metodi. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Raksturot sociālo darbu ar ģimeni sistēmiskajā skatījumā. 2.Teorētiski analizēt ģimenes terapiju kā metodi sociālajā darbā. 3.Analizēt ģimenes terapijas metodes priekšrocības sociālā darbā ar ģimenēm. 4.Pētīt sociālo darbinieku viedokli par ģimenes terapijas metodes izmantošanu sociālā darba praksē. Diplomdarba pētniecības metodes ir literatūras analīze un padziļinātā intervija. Diplomdarbā ir ievads, trīs teorētiskās nodaļas, empīriska daļa, secinājumi un izmantotās literatūras saraksts. Empīriskajā daļā tika veikta sociālo darbinieku padziļināta intervēšana, lai izpētītu sociālo darbinieku viedokli par ģimenes terapijas metodes izmantošanu sociālā darba praksē. Tika veiktas intervijas ar Rīgas pilsētas sociālo dienestu sociālā darba speciālistiem, kuri ikdienā veic darbu ar ģimenēm. Darba nobeigumā, balstoties uz teorētisko un empīrisko pētījumu rezultātiem, tika izdarīti secinājumi, sniedzot apkopojošo ieskatu un izpratni par ģimenes terapijas metodes izmantošanu sociālajā darbā.

The theme of research work is “Social work with family as a system: method of family therapy”. The goal of research work is to analyze social work with family as a system and family therapy as a method in the social work. The objectives of research work: 1.To describe social work with family as a system theory. 2.To analyze of the theoretical family therapy as a method in the social work. 3.To analyze family therapy advantages in the social work. 4.To establish the social worker’s opinion about method of family therapy is used in the social work practice. The methods of research work are analysis of the literature and the social worker’s interview. The research work contains introduction chapter, three theoretical chapters, empirical part, results from the research, conclusion chapter and the list of literature. Empirical part shows results of the research about social worker’s opinion about method of family therapy are used in the social work practice. Empirical research includes interviews of social work professionals working with families in the social workers of Riga city. The summary of the research work, based on theoretical and empirical studies, concluded, provides a summary of insight and understanding of family therapy for use in social work.
