Valsts akciju sabiedrības „Latvijas dzelzceļš” Dokumentācijas centrs

Abstract

Pētījuma gaitā tika aplūkota Valsts akciju sabiedrības „Latvijas dzelzceļš” Dokumentācijas centra vieta informācijas iestāžu tīklā. Darba ietvaros izpētīta Dokumentācijas centra vēsture no dibināšanas brīža līdz šodienai. Veikta Dokumentācijas centra lietotāju anketēšana, lai noskaidrotu Dokumentācijas centra lietotāju vajadzības un intereses, lai pēc iespējas varētu sniegt kvalitatīvākus informācijas pakalpojumus. Praktiskā pētījuma aptaujas datu apkopojumā tiek apskatīti un analizēti respondentu viedokļi par informācijas pieejamību Dokumentācijas centrā. Izklāstīti Dokumentācijas centra sniegtie informācijas pakalpojumi. Bakalaura darbs ir aktuāls, jo līdz šim Dokumentācijas centrs, kā speciālā bibliotēka, nav pētīta.

There was researched the Documentation center of the State Joint Stock Company „Latvian railway” place in the network of information establishments. At this work frames explored the Documentation center history from a foundation moment till today. The questionnaire of the Documentation center users is executed, that find out the necessities of the Documentation center users and interests, that after possibility it can give more quality information favours. In are questioning of the practical research data’s generalization examined and analyzed respondents points of view for information availability in the Documentation center. The Documentation center given information favours are expounded. Bachelor work is actual because until now the Documentation center, as the special library, is not explored.
