Radošo metožu izmantošana atbalsta grupās pusaudžiem

Abstract

Pusaudžu vecumposms vienmēr ir ticis vērtēts kā viens sarežģītākajiem posmiem cilvēka attīstībā, kad aktualizējas dažādas sociālās problēmas. Pusaudži ar sociālām problēmām ir viena no sociālā darba mērķa grupām, kurām ir nepieciešams sniegt profesionālu sociālo darbinieku atbalstu, lielu uzmanību pievēršot atbilstošu metožu izvēlei. Viena no efektīvākajām ir radošo metožu izmantošana, jo radošās metodes ļauj atbrīvoties no negatīvo emociju krājuma, ļauj adekvātāk izprast esošo situāciju, kā arī pats radošais process rada prieku un apmierinājumu, kam ir pozitīva ietekme uz pusaudžu pašapziņas veicināšanu. Autores diplomdarbam ir izvirzījušas mērķi teorētiski analizēt un praktiski pētīt radošo metožu izmantošanu atbalsta grupās pusaudžiem. Darba pirmajā daļā aprakstīts radošais process, radošo metožu veidi, otrajā – analizēts atbalsta grupas teorētiskais pamatojums sociālajā darbā ar pusaudžiem, trešajā nodaļā – izvērtētas radošo metožu izmantošanas priekšrocības atbalsta grupās pusaudžiem. Diplomdarba izstrādes laikā autores veica empīrisko pētījumu lai noskaidrotu ekspertu un pašu pusaudžu viedokli. Secinājumi ir veidoti balstoties uz teorētiskās literatūras analīzi un pētījumā gūto informāciju.

The adolescents stage has always been characterized as one of the most complex stages in human development when different social problems are actualized. One of the target groups of the social work that requires professional support of the social workers by focusing attention on suitable methods is adolescents with social problems. One of the most effective is creative methods because creative methods allow disposing of negative feelings and provide a more adequate understanding of the current situation. The creative process as well creates joy and satisfaction which have a positive impact on facilitating the adolescents self-confidence. Diploma thesis aim ir theoretically analyze and practically research the usage of creative methods in the support groups for adolescents. The paper’s first part consists of the description of the creative process, types of creative methods. The second part consists of an analyzed theoretical foundation of the support group in the work with adolescents. The third part consists of the evaluation of the advantages of creative methods in support groups for adolescents. During the development of the diploma paper the authors carried out an empirical research to ascertain the opinions of experts and adolescents alike. The conclusions are based on the analysis of the theoretical literature and the information obtained in the research. Key words: social work, creative methods, support group, adolescents.
