Drošības dilemma Irānas – Izraēlas attiecībās

Abstract

Irānas un Izraēlas savstarpējās attiecības veidojušās divu periodu ietvaros - Aukstā kara periodā, kas iezīmē valstu ciešu savstarpējo sadarbību uz kopīgu draudu pamata, un Aukstajam karam beidzoties. Pēc Aukstā kara kopīgu draudu izzušana un stratēģisko interešu nesavienojamība attīsta savstarpēju naidīgumu, bailes un neuzticēšanos, liekot pamatus drošības dilemmas attīstībai. Darba gaitā, balstoties uz drošības dilemmas dinamikas psiholoģiskajiem un materiālajiem regulatoriem un modeli: no drošības dilemmas līdz spirāles modelim, Irānas un Izraēlas attiecības tiks aplūkotas periodā pēc Aukstā kara, aplūkojot drošības dilemmas veidošanos un galvenos priekšnoteikumus drošības dilemmas attīstībai valstu attiecībās. Psiholoģiskie un materiālie regulatori Irānas un Izraēlas attiecībās tiks analizēti cēloņsakarību ietvaros no anarhijas līdz karam, lai noskaidrotu, kā drošības dilemma valstu attiecībās attīstījusies mūsdienās līdz akūtai drošības dilemmai. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze - „drošības dilemmas dinamiku Irānas un Izraēlas attiecībās veido gan psiholoģiskie, gan materiālie regulatori, kas valstu attiecības attīsta līdz akūtai drošības dilemmai” analīzes gaitā apstiprinājās.

The relationship between Iran and Israel is being described within two different periods – during the Cold War and after the end of the Cold War. The Cold War period marks close cooperation of Iran and Israel, based on mutual threats for these two countries. Post Cold War period- the disappearance of mutual threats and incompatibility of strategic interests develops mutual hostility and raises fear and distrust between both sides, laying the foundation for development of the security dilemma. Based on the psychological and material regulators of the security dilemma and Shiping Tang’s model: from the security dilemma theory to the spiral model, the relationship of Iran and Israel will be viewed in the post-Cold War period. To analyse the formation of the security dilemma and main preconditions for its development, moreover, psychological and material regulators will be analysed in the framework of relationship between Iran and Israel within the security dilemma, to find out how the security dilemma in the relationship of these two countries has nowadays developed to the acute security dilemma. The thesis of this bachelor’s paper is: “The security dilemma in the relationship of Iran and Israel is created by both psychological and material regulators which develop the relationship of these two countries to the deep security dilemma”, and it has been confirmed during the analysis.
