| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba temats ir „Preiļu informācijas vide”. Šī darba mērķis ir pētīt Preiļu informācijas vidi.
Mūsdienās pieejamas daudzveidīgas informācijas tehnoloģijas un liels informācijas daudzums. Preiļu iedzīvotāji izmanto dažādus informācijas avotus un institūcijas. Analizējot Preiļu iedzīvotāju viedokļus tika noskaidrotas aktuālākas informācijas vajadzības un populārākie veidi, kā iegūt nepieciešamo informāciju.
Galvenie rezultāti: Preiļu iedzīvotājiem galvenokārt interesē informācija par izklaidi, atpūtu, kultūru, sportu, aktuālākās informācijas vajadzības cieši saistītas ar respondentu vaļaspriekiem un pamatnodarbošanos. Preiļu iedzīvotājiem internets ir visbiežāk izmantotas informācijas avots.

| dc.description.abstract | The subject of diploma paper is “Information environment of Preiļi”. The aim of the diploma paper is to research the information environment of Preiļi.
Nowadays, there are many kinds of information technology and a great amount of information. The citizens of Preili use different information sources and institutions. The analysis of Preili citizen’s opinions shows the most common information needs and ways to get it.
The main conclusions: The citizens of Preiļi mainly are interested in information about entertainment, recreation, culture and sport. The necessity of sought information is mainly related to hobbies and occupation. The most popular information source for citizens of Preiļi is the internet.
