Priekšvēlēšanu debates televīzijā: Latvijas Republikas 10. Saeimas un 11. Saeimas debašu salīdzinošā analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Priekšvēlēšanu debates televīzijā: Latvijas Republikas 10. Saeimas un 11. Saeimas debašu salīdzinošā analīze” mērķis ir noskaidrot kādas tēmas tika apspriestas abos priekšvēlēšanu debašu raidījumu ciklos „Izvēlies nākotni!” un salīdzināt to daudzumu. Lai noskaidrotu būtiskāko atšķirību iemeslus vai pamatojumus, ir veikta daļēji strukturēta intervija ar 10.Saeimas un 11.Saeimas priekšvēlēšanu debašu raidījumu projektu vadītāju. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatītas masu mediju ietekmes, dienas kārtības, intervijas un debašu raidījumu teorijas. Bakalaura pētniecības metodes ir kontentanalīze un daļēji strukturēta intervija. Empīriskajā daļā veikta 10.Saeimas un 11.Saeimas priekšvēlēšanu debašu ciklu „Izvēlies nākotni!” raidījumu tematu analīze laika posmā no 2010.gada 06.septembra – 01.oktobrim; 2011.gada 24.augusta – 16.septembra. Pētījumā noskaidrots, ka 10.Saeimas debatēs salīdzinot 11.Saeimas debates, visvairāk tika jautāts par tēmām – izglītība, finanses, kultūra un medicīna. Savukārt 11.Saeimas debatēs par partiju programmām vai to sastāvu. Galvenie iemesli – raidījumu saturu redaktoru maiņa un ņemta vērā kritika par 2010.gada debatēm LTV.

The aim of the bachelor work „Preelection debate on television: a comparative analysis of the 10th and the 11th Latvian Republic parliament debates” is to find out what themes were discussed into both of the preelection broadcasts „Izvēlies nākotni!” and to compare the number of the themes. A semi structurized interwiev with the Project manager of the 10th and 11th Latvian Republic parliament debates was made in order to find out the most significant diferences and arguments. The bachelor paper consists of three parts. There are discussed four theoretical themes – the impact of public medium, daily agenda, interwievs and the theory of debate broadcasts. The bachelor work’s research methods are contentanalyses and semi structurized interwiev. In the empirical part there were made analysis by themes of the broadcast „Izvēlies nākotni!” between 10th and 11th Latvian Republic parliament debates in the period of 6th of Septemeber 2010 till 1st of October 2010 and 24th of August 2011 till 16th of September 2011. The research has proved that comparing to 11th parliament debates, in the 10th parliament debates there were more discussed about education, finances, culture and medicine. But in the 11th parliament debates – the structure and content of the ellectorial alliances. The main reasons were editorial changes of the broadcast and the critics from debates of year 2010.
