LIVE RĪGA zīmola komunikācija: atpazīstamība, uztvere un attieksme iekšējā publikā

Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt iekšējās publikas zīmola uztveri, atpazīstamību un attieksmi pret Rīgas tūrismu veicinoša zīmola LIVE RĪGA komunicēto zīmola identitāti, tās elementiem un vērtībām. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apkopota literatūra par zīmola, zīmola vadīšanas pamataspektiem, zīmola identitāti un tēlu, zīmola asociācijām un zīmola komunikāciju. Galvenokārt teorijas daļā tika iekļautas tādu autoru kā Deivida Ākera, Žana-Noela Kapferera, Kevina Kellera un Filipa Kotlera, kā arī citu zīmolvedības teorētiķu un speciālistu atziņas. Pētījuma metodes ir anketēšana un dziļās intervijas. Iegūtie rezultāti parāda, ka zīmola atpazīstamības līmenis ir augsts, bet zīmola uztvere un attieksme pret to ir pārsvarā negatīva, kas norāda uz to, ka iekšējā komunikācija nav efektīvi un pietiekami veicināta, līdz ar to iekšējā auditorija neidentificējas ar zīmolu.

The aim of this work is to explore awareness, perception and attitude among internal audience towards the RĪGA city tourism promotion brand LIVE RĪGA, identity, elements and values of this brand.Theoretical part of this work consists of observing theoretical aspects of brand definition, brand management fundamental principles, conceptions of brand identity and brand image, brand associaton and brand communication. Theoretical part is based on such authors like David Aaker, Kevin Keller and Philip Kotler, there are also used theories of other branding experts. The methods applied for research are questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. The results of this research show that brand recognition level is high, but brand perception and attitude predominantly are negative, what indicates that internal communication is not effective and sufficient and there is no identification with brand in internal auditory.
