Sadarbība digitālo kolekciju veidošanā: situācijas analīze un nākotnes perspektīva

Abstract

Atmiņas institūciju sadarbība ir garants tam, ka digitālā kolekcija tiks izveidota labi un kvalitatīvi. Bakalaura darba pētījuma problēma ir, ka Latvijas atmiņas institūcijām nav vienotas izpratnes par savstarpējās sadarbības nozīmīgumu digitālo kolekciju veidošanā. Pētījuma mērķis ir atklāt, kuri sadarbības modeļi un veidi Latvijā ir visefektīvākie sadarbībai starp bibliotēkām, muzejiem, arhīviem, indivīdiem un veikt pašreizējās situācijas analīzi, kā arī izanalizēt, kuri sadarbības modeļi nākotnē varētu būt perspektīvākie. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka Latvijas atmiņas institūciju pārstāvji, veidojot digitālo kolekciju, kā galveno sadarbības veidu izvēlas kopdarbības projektus. Kā nākotnes perspektīva tiek minēti divi sadarbība modeļi: konsorcijs un starptautiskā sadarbība digitālo kolekciju veidošanā.

The successful co-operation of memory institutions serves as a warranty that digital collection will be developed in high quality. The main problem described in bachelor thesis is the lack of unitary understanding about significance of mutual co-operation developing digital collections. The aim of thesis is to discover which co-operation models are the most effective when different memory institutions (libraries, museums, archives) and/or individuals co-operate, as well as to analyze present situation and discover which co-operation models could be the most perspective in future. The results of research show that representatives of Latvian memory institutions chose co-operation projects as a main format of co-operation. Such co-operation models as consortium or international co-operation are mentioned as a future perspective.
