Stereotipi sociālā gadījuma risināšanas procesā darbā ar romu tautības klientiem

Abstract

Diploma darbā „Stereotipi sociālā gadījuma risināšanas procesā darbā ar romu tautības klientiem” tika veikts pētījums par stereotipiem sociālā gadījuma risināšanas procesā ar romu tautības klientiem. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēts stereotipu teorētiskais pamatojums un, to ietekme sociālajā darbā ar romu tautības klientiem, raksturota romu kultūru atšķirības un raksturīgākās problēmas romu tautības klientiem. Pētījuma empīriskajos ietvaros tika veikta kvalitatīvā (dziļās intervijas) metode. Tika intervēti Bauskas un Rundāles novadu sociālā darba speciālisti, kuriem ir pieredze sociālajā darba praksē ar romu tautības klientiem. Pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt stereotipus sociālā gadījuma risināšanas procesā darbā ar Romu tautības klientiem. Tika secināts, ka sabiedrībā esošie aizspriedumainie stereotipi pastāv un traucē sociālajam darbiniekam sociālā gadījuma risināšanas procesā ar romu tautības klientiem būt atvērtākam, empātiskam, lai veidotu turpmāku sadarbību un vairāk izprastu, palīdzētu sociālās problēmās ar ko nākas saskarties romu klientiem ikdienā.

In the Diploma work “Stereotypes at the Social Case Solving Process in Working with Roma Nationality Clients” a research was made of stereotypes of social case-solving process to Roma nationality clients. There was analyzed theoretical foundation of stereotypes and their consequences for social work with Roma nationality clients, described the Roma cultural differences and the inherent problems of the Roma nationality clients in the theoretical part of study. Empirical study was conducted within the qualitative (in-depth interviews) method. There were interviewed Bauska and Rundāle county social work professionals who have experience in social work practice with Roma nationality clients. The purpose of study is to explore stereotypes of social case-solving process of working with Roma nationality clients. It was concluded that, prejudiced stereotypes exist in society and disrupt the social worker social case-solving process with Roma nationality clients to be more open, emphatic, to build further cooperation and more understanding, to help the social problems faced by Roma in customers every day.
