Politiskās elites loma post-padomju telpā, politiskā režīma transformācijā Kazahstānas un Kirgizstānas gadījums

Abstract

Autore ir izstrādājusi bakalaura darbu, kura nosaukums ir „Politiskās elites loma post-padomju telpā, politiskā režīma transformācijā Kazahstānas un Kirgizstānas gadījums”. Galvenais darba izpētes objekts ir politiskā elite. Darba ietvaros tiek pētīta politiskās elites recirkulācijas ietekme politisko režīmu veidošanas procesā. Darba tika izvirzīts izpētes jautājums – „kā politiskās elites recirkulācija ietekmē politiskā režīma veidošanas procesu?”, kas ir pamats darba hipotēzei – „Nedemokrātiskākiem politiskiem režīmiem ir raksturīga augstāka politiskās elites recirkulācija”. Bakalaura darbs tiek strukturēts 5 nodaļās un 3 apakšnodaļās. Darba teorētiskā daļā tika aplūkotas elites teorijas. Empīriskā darba daļā tiek analizēta politiskās elites recikrulācijas līmenis Kazahstānas un Kirgizstānas valdības un parlamentos.

The author has developed a Bachelor's work, titled "The political elite's role in post-Soviet space, transformation of the political regime in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan case". The main research subject is the political elite. In the context of the work being studied the political elite, the effect of recirculation of the political regime in the process of building. The research question – "how political elites in the recirculation mode affect the political process?" which is the basis for the working hypothesis "non-democratic political regimes are characterized by a higher elite recirculation”. Bachelor's work is structured in 5 chapters and 3 sections. The theoretical part author analyzed elite’s theories. The empirical part author analyzed political elite’s recirculation level in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan governments and parliaments.
