Latvijas strādājošo jauniešu attieksme pret naudu

Abstract

Ar naudu šobrīd nākas saskarties ikvienam Latvijas iedzīvotājam, jo bez naudas cilvēks nav spējīgs pilnvērtīgi eksistēt. Tādā gadījumā arī katram indivīdam ir izveidojusies noteikta attieksme pret naudu, kas spējīga izpausties noteiktās darbībās un nozīmes. Autore savā bakalaura darbā vēlas saprast, kāda ir tieši Latvijas strādājošo jauniešu attieksme pret savu nopelnīto naudu un naudas fenomenu kopumā. Par pētījuma objektu tika izvēlēti strādājošie jaunieši Latvijā, jo publiski pieejamu pētījumu šajā jautājumā Latvijā ir ļoti maz, tāpēc to ir lietderīgi un interesanti noskaidrot. Pētījumā tika atlasīti tieši strādājošie jaunieši, jo strādājošu jaunieti var uzskatīt par vismaz zināmā mērā ekonomiski un sociāli neatkarīgu, bet tajā pašā laikā jaunības vecumposmā vēl tiek turpināts veidoties jaunā cilvēka pasaules redzējums un līdz ar to arī attieksmes pret noteiktām lietām. Tieši jaunības gados ir iespējams smelties pamatattieksmes, kas pavadīs indivīdu visas turpmākās dzīves laikā. Par pētījuma priekšmetu autore izvēlējās strādājošo jauniešu attieksmi, viedokli par naudu un tai piešķirto vērtību. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādu ir Latvijas strādājošo jauniešu attieksme pret naudu un kādi faktori ietekmē šo attieksmi. Empīriskajā darba daļā šī mērķa sasniegšanai tika veiktas 13 intervijas ar strādājošiem jauniešiem.

Every Latvian resident have to deal or to face with money, because without the money a human is unable to exist worthwhile. In this case each individual has a settled attitude toward money, and this attitude is able to turn into specific actions and meanings. In her undergraduate work the author wants to understand what is the Latvian youth attitudes toward their own earned money and toward money phenomenon in general. As a study and research object were chosen the working young people in Latvia, because there are not so many publicly available information about these kind of studies. There were selected directly working young people for this kind of study, because they could be regarded as, at least to some extent, economically and socially independent, but at the same time they still continues to form their own vision of the world. Being adolescent gives a possibility to get the grounded attitudes for further life. The attitudes of working youth was chosen by the author as the subject of the study. The aim of the study is to find out what are the attitudes of Latvian young working people toward money and what kind of factors influences those attitudes. The empirical work to achieve this objective was to make out 13 interviews with young working people and to analise these interviews.
