dc.description.abstract | Komunikācijas zinātnes bakalaura studiju programmas studentes Lindas Ļisicinas bakalaura darba „Sekstūrisma un seksindustrijas rāmējums latviešu nacionālās preses publikācijās (2005–2007)” mērķis ir izpētīt latviešu nacionālās preses publikācijās lietotos sekstūrisma un seksindustrijas rāmējumus. Darba teorētiskajā daļā skaidroti sekstūrisma un seksindustrijas jēdzieni no patērniecības teorijas un starptautiskā tūrisma pozīcijām, apskatīts rāmējuma koncepts un sniegts ieskats attēlu semiotikā. Darba metodes ir rāmējuma analīze ar kvalitatīvās satura analīzes elementiem un attēlu semiotiskā analīze. Darbā identificēti mediju un ārpusmediju rāmējumi, analizēta laika, medija, medija veida, autora un publikācijas veida ietekme uz rāmējumu un vizuālo materiālu izmantošana rāmējumā.

dc.description.abstract | Linda Ļisicina, a student of Communication Science in University of Latvia, has produced a Bachelor Paper titled „Framing of Sex Tourism and Sex Industry in the National Latvian Press (2005-2007)” within an objective to study the framings of sex tourism and sex industry employed in the publications of Latvian national press. The theoretical part of the research is an attempt to explain the concepts of sex tourism and sex industry according to the theory of consumerism and international tourism, to elucidate the concept of framing, as well as to offer an insight into the semiotics of image. The methods employed in the research are the frame analysis with elements of qualitative content analysis and the semiotic analysis of the image. The author has identified media frames and audience frames, has analyzed the notions of time, media, the type of media, the role of the author, the type of publication and the use of visual material in respect to their influence on framing.
