Rīgas iedzīvotāju viedokļi par sastrēgumiem pilsētā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Rīgas iedzīvotāju viedokļi par sastrēgumiem pilsētā”. Pētījumā tika noskaidroti rīdzinieku viedokļi par sastrēgumiem pilsētā, uzzināti pašu satiksmes dalībnieku uzskati, ierosinājumi, kā arī apkopoti rīdzinieku viedokļi un iegūtas vērtīgas idejas sastrēgumu mazināšanai. Pētījuma objekts – Rīgas iedzīvotāji – satiksmes dalībnieki. Pētījuma priekšmets – Rīgas iedzīvotāju viedokļi par sastrēgumiem. Pētījumā tiek apskatīta problēmas teorētiskā analīze, apskatīti jau veikti pētījumi, izpētīta teorētiskā pieeja šiem jautājumiem un salīdzināti ar reālu cilvēku pieredzi. Pētījuma izvirzīta hipotēze „Sastrēgumus Rīgā izraisa ne tik daudz kā automašīnu skaits pilsētā, ceļu kvalitāte un laika apstākļi, kā satiksmes dalībnieku individuālā rīcība uz ceļa”. Veiktas iedzīvotāju aptaujas un intervijas, lai rastu atbildes uz tādiem pētnieciskiem jautājumiem: -Kas pēc pilsētnieku domām galvenokārt izraisa sastrēgumus; -Kādi faktori ietekmē ceļu satiksmes dalībnieku rīcību ceļu satiksmē. Iegūtie rezultāti tika analizēti Plānotās teorijas kontekstā. Darbs sastāv no 6 nodaļām: Pirmā nodaļā apskatīta publiskas telpas nozīme un transporta loma tajā. Otrā nodaļā satiksme tiek analizēta kā cilvēku organizēta sociāla sistēma. Trešajā nodaļā apskatīta satiksmes sastrēgumu ietekme uz autovadītājiem un citiem satiksmes dalībniekiem. Ceturtā nodaļā apskatītas pētījuma izmantotās datu vākšanas metodes. Piektajā nodaļā tiek veikta pētījuma analīze. Analizēti pētījuma rezultāti izvēlētās teorijas kontekstā. Sestajā nodaļā apkopoti galvenie secinājumi.

The theme of degree work is "Riga's inhabitants’ views about traffic jams in city”. The basic purpose of work – to find out citizens attitude towards situation in Riga, when locomotion trough city is getting even harder and slower. It is very important to find out the standpoint of society before solving traffic problems. The object of study- citizens of Riga, traffic participants. The subject of study- citizens of Riga attitude towards traffic jams in city. The program of actions – theoretical analysis of problem; inspection of surveys already made; survey Riga citizens view; summarize the outcome of pool; compare theoretical point of view with real persons’ experience. The purpose of the given work is find out Rigans’ attitude towards traffic jams, find out traffic participants opinions, suggestions and conclusions. Work consists of 6 chapters. In the first chapter is given explanation of meaning of transport in common space. In the second chapter traffic is being analyzed like human organized social system. In the third chapter is explained the essence of traffic sociology. In the fourth chapter is described the methodology of survey. In the fifth chapter is the survey analyzed. In the sixth chapter are given conclusions. Traffic jams is a fact no one can avoid. Each person is interested to have the best and most comfortable routing. It has turned out, that the biggest problem is humans’ selfishness and that most of them are mindless of others. There is very low traffic culture in Latvia. Survey also shows that there is very negative attitude towards traffic in Riga and that is a reason for violations of law and aggressive behavior on the road. People are using cars not only to feel safe and comfort, but also to approve their status in society disregarding with fact, that public transport is much more effective. The number of cars is increasing (and traffic jams wherewith) very sharply so it is really important to learn mutual respect and responsibility for each decision.
