Abstract

Lai klientiem nodrošinātu efektīvu atskaišu veidošanas risinājumu ieviešanu, nepieciešams labi pārvaldīt Siebel CRM atskaišu sagatavošanas moduļa Oracle BI Publisher iespējas un apzināties potenciālās problēmas un to iespējamos risinājumus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir Siebel CRM atskaišu sagatavošanas moduļa Oracle BI Publisher iespēju analīze un uzlabošana. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīti Siebel CRM un BI Publisher darbības principi un iespējamās problēmas, bet praktiskā daļa balstās uz iespējamo risināšanu apskatīšanu un ieviešanu. Darba rezultātā tika iegūts strādājošs risinājums, kas atrisina konstatētās problēmas un var kalpot par pamatu citu atskaišu darījumprasību ieviešanai.

In order to ensure effective client reporting solutions it is important to have good knowledge of Siebel CRM reporting module Oracle BI Publisher features, as well as to be aware of potential problems and their possible solutions. The aim of the thesis is Siebel CRM reporting module Oracle BI Publisher feature analysis and reporting module improvement. The theoretical section of the thesis consists of Siebel CRM and Oracle BI Publisher architecture description and potential problem identification. The practical section contains possible solutions and their implementation. As a result of the thesis, a working solution has been implemented, which addresses the potential problems and can be used as a base solution for other business logic implementation.
