Ar rīka palīdzību ir iespējams arī pievienot papildus ziņas uz noteiktu laiku esošajos ziņu apmaiņas risinājumos. Rīka lietotājs, kas pieslēdzies no iekšējā tīkla ar uzņēmumā iedalīto lietotājvārdu un paroli, var izveidot jaunu ziņu, ziņu grupu, papildinājumziņu, tos apskatīt, rediģēt un dzēst.
