Komercsabiedrības SIA "ERVITEX" attīstības iespēju izvērtējums

Abstract

Saimnieciskās darbības analīzes loma būtībā ir pamats lēmuma pieņemšanai mikroekonomiskajā līmenī. Analīze tiek veikta pirms svarīgu lēmumu pieņemšanas, tā pamato vadītāja lēmumus un rīcību un ir zinātnisks pamatojums komercsabiedrības vadīšanā, kā arī nodrošina pieņemto lēmumu objektivitāti un efektivitāti. Maģistra darba mērķis ir novērtēt komercsabiedrības SIA „Ervitex” saimnieciskās darbības rādītājus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA „Ervitex” attīstības perspektīvu uzlabošanai. Analizējot komercsabiedrības SIA „Ervitex” saimniecisko darbību, autore izdarījusi secinājumus par finanšu rādītājiem, izvirzot priekšlikumu uzsākt izšūšanas pakalpojumu ražošanas procesu 2009.gadā. Izšūšanas pakalpojuma ieviešana nodrošinātu finansiālo stabilitāti, maksātspēja uzlabotos un komercsabiedrībai nerastos problēmas norēķinoties par saistībām.

The role of operating analytical essentially is the basis for decision – making in micro level. The analysis is carried out before an important decision making, it is the basis of the leader’s behaviour and is scientifically justified for commercial management, it also ensures the objectivity for decision making and effectiveness. The aim of the Master’s work is to evaluate economic performance for “Ervitex” Ltd. and develop proposals to improve the outlook for “Ervitex” Ltd. development. Analyzing economic activities of “Ervitex” Ltd., the author made a conclusion on the financial indicators, making the proposal to launch a service of embroidery production process in 2009. Introduction of embroidery service ensures financial stability and solvency in a positive direction and the company avoid the problems of obligation settlements.
