A/S "RAF-AVIA" konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas iespējas ES aviācijas kravas pārvadājumu nozarē

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „A/S „RAF-AVIA” konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas iespējas ES aviācijas kravas pārvadājumu nozarē”. Uzņēmumam piederošo piecu AN-26 kravas pārvadājumu lidmašīnu licence ES tirgū tiek pagarināta tikai līdz 2009. gada otrās puses beigām. Uzņēmumam pieder tikai divas SAAB 340 lidmašīnas, kas ir ekonomiskākas gan tehnisko raksturojumu, gan cilvēkresursu ziņā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt A/S „RAF-AVIA” konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas iespējas Eiropas Savienības tirgū. Maģistra darbā veikta aviācijas kravu pārvadājuma nozares attīstības rādītāju analīze Eiropas Savienības kopējā tirgū, nozares konkurētspējas faktoru analīze Latvijā, uzņēmuma A/S „RAF-AVIA” konkurētspējas faktoru analīze. Maģistra darbā noslēgumā daļā apkopoti būtiski secinājumi un priekšlikumi uzņēmuma A/S „RAF-AVIA” konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai un kopējai attīstībai. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 98 lappuses, iekļauti 24 grafiskie attēli un 21 tabulas. The topic of the master paper is „The increase of competitiveness opportunities of A/S „RAF-AVIA” in cargo transportation aviation industry in EU”. The company A/S „RAF-AVIA” posesses five AN-26 airplains, however the license key of this kind of aircraft in EU expires in summer of the year 2009. As the matter of fact the company A/S „RAF-AVIA” posesses only two SAAB 340 airplains, which are more thrifty from the tehnical point as well as from human resourse point of view. The purpose of the master paper is the analysis of the opportunities of A/S „RAF-AVIA” competitiveness increase in European Union internal market. The master paper includes the analysis of the main indicates of the cargo aviation industry in European Union internal market, the factor analysis of the industry competitiveness in Latvia, as well as the the factor analysis of the A/S „RAF-AVIA” competitiveness. The master paper includes the main conclusions about the the cargo aviation industry and A/S „RAF-AVIA” competitiveness in EU, Latvian market, and main proposal for future A/S „RAF-AVIA” competitiveness increasement and activity development. The volume of the master paper is 98 pages, which includes 24 graphical images and 21 tables.
