Bezdarba analīze Latvijā un Eiropas Saveienībā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ‘’ Bezdarba analīze Latvijā un Eiropas Savienībā‘’. Darba mērķis, pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām ir izanalizēt bezdarbu Latvijā un Eiropas Savienībā un noskaidrot galvenās risināmās problēmas, noteikt bezdarba mazināšanas iespējas, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt iespējamos risinājumus bezdarba problēmu mazināšanā Latvijā un Eiropas Savienībā. Pētījuma periods no 2000. līdz 2009. gadam. Darba uzdevumu īstenošanai, tika izmantotas sekojošas metodes: teorētiskā materiāla, plānošanas politikas dokumentu analīze, statistikas datu analīze, novērtēta bezdarba ietekme uz sociālo labklājību, izpētīta migrācijas saistība ar bezdarbu. Darbā sastāv no trīm nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti bezdarba teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā nodaļā tiek novērtēts bezdarba līmenis Latvijā un Eiropas Savienībā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti bezdarba samazināšanas iespējas Latvijā un Eiropas Savienībā. Darbā galvenie izmantotie sekundāro datu avoti – Centrālā statistikas pārvalde (CSP), Eurostat, Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūra (NVA) materiāli. Thema of diplom paper is “Analysis of the unemployment in Latvia and European Union”. The objective of this paper is to analyze parameters of employment in Latvia and European Union and to work out main problems in Latvia and the European Union. In the paper the period from 2000 till 2009 is researched. To realize the tasks, there was employed such methods as follows: analysis of the theoretical materials, analysis of the planning political documentation, statistical data analysis, estimate unemployment influence on socially prosperity, explore migration connection with unemployment, perform statistical data review about unemployment in Latvia and the European Union, provide conclusions and suggestions for reducing unemployment. The paper is consist of 3 parts. In the first chapter are viewed unemployment theoretical aspects. In the second chapter is valuated unemployment rate and other indicators of unemployment in Latvia and the European Union. In the third chapter are viewed an opportunities of unemployment reductions in Latvia. In the paper is used secondary data sources – Central Statistical Bureau (CSB), Eurostat, State Employment Agency (SEA) materials. Keywords: unemployment, unemployment indices, employment.
