Abstract

Marija Ļeonova- Darba samaksa un tās uzskaite uzņēmumā. Pētījuma objekts ir darba samaksa, kas ir svarīgs uzņēmumu un organizāciju izmaksu postenis. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt darba samaksas sastāvdaļas un aprēķināšanu kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, tiek izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: •pamatojoties uz speciālo literatūru, pētīt darba samaksas jēdzienu un tās veidus uzņēmumos, • analizēt darba samaksas juridiskie aspekti, •analizēt darba samaksas uzskaites kartību un dokumentāciju, •analizēt darba samaksas aprēķināšanu konkrētajā uzņēmumā, •apkopot izstrādātos secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darba pētījuma ir izmantotas aprakstošas ekonomiskās analīzes, statistikas analīzes un salīdzināšanas metodes. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā ir aprakstīts darba samaksas jēdziens. Otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstīti darba samaksas veidi. Trešajā nodaļā ir atspoguļota darba samaksas aprēķināšana grāmatvedībā. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir aprakstīti ieturējumi no darba samaksas. Piektajā nodaļā ir aprēķināta un izanalizēta darba samaksas uzņēmumā SIA „K.S. Auto”. Darba apjoms ir 59 lapas, satur 4 attēlus, 5 tabulas un 6 pieliekumus. Darba izstrādei ir izmantoti 27 literatūras avoti. Atslēgvārdi: darba samaksa, laika darba alga, akorda darba alga, ieturējumi.

Maria Leonova - The wage and its account in an enterprise. The object of research is the wage, which is important for companies and organizations cost item. Bachelor’s job is to explore the wage component, the calculation and to develop proposals. To achieve the objectives of undergraduate work, the following tasks: • on the basis of special literature, to explore the concept of wages and types of businesses, •to analyze the pay legal aspects, • to analyze the wage order of the records and documentation, • to analyze the pay calculation of the company, • summarize the conclusions drawn and proposals. Bachelor's labour studies have used descriptive economic analysis, statistical analysis and comparison of methods. Thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter describes the concept of pay. The second chapter describes the types of pay. The third chapter is reflected in the salary calculation of accounting. The fourth chapter describes the deductions from salary. The fifth chapter is calculated and analyzed the pay of the company SIA "K.S. Auto”. Work volume is 59 pages, contains 4 images and 4 graphs, 6 annexes. Job design is based on 27 sources.
