Faktorings, tā būtība, veidi un piemērošana, izmantojot SEB Līzinga piemēru

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt faktoringa būtību un veidus, kā rezultātā raksturot tā piemērošanu izmantojot SIA „SEB Līzings” piemēru, lai izvirzītu priekšlikumus faktoringa darbības uzlabošanai kompānijā SIA „SEB Līzings”. Darba struktūra sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek raksturota faktoringu darījumu vēsture, būtība un to veidi. Otrā nodaļa tiek veltīta faktoringa līguma un to apkalpošanas analīzei. Trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts faktoringa raksturojums Latvijā. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek veikta faktoringa piemērošanas izpēte SIA „SEB Līzings”. Diplomdarbā izmantoti autoru darbi, statistikas dati, interneta resursi un SIA „SEB Līzings” nepublicētie materiāli. Atslēgvārdi – faktorings, faktoringa veidi, debitoru parādi.

Diploma target is to explore the nature of factoring and how to describe the result of the application of the Ltd “SEB Leasing” an example to put forward proposals to improve the functioning of the factoring company Ltd “SEB Leasing”. The second chapter is devoted to the factoring agreement and the service analysis. The third chapter examines factoring characteristics of Latvian.
